In an effort to rebuild my blog, I am starting to repost the Nihon no Jinsei series. I am looking to see if some of my family stil has the text that went along with these photos. So until then, please enjoy the photos alone.

This installment was my hiking journey up the Kirishima Volcano in Ebino Japan. One of the most memorable experiences I had while in Japan.

Never drew a pelican, but was taking quite a few photos of them the other day.

Chili peppers come from trees, dont cha know?

Oh the joys of sitting in on big corporate meetings.

Definitely too much Gundam 00 watching.

Actually ink’d this one straight to pad with no pencil. Considering taking this a bit further and doin a little series to frame on my wall.

Was asked to illustrate a logo with some bird influence, ended up sketching this out while thinking up some concepts.

A bit of crabs and crustations.

Was practicing some crab claw sizes and a much needed circus octopus on  a crate.
