About Me
I started my foray into art around the age of 8. My loving family signed me up for small art classes, mostly to fill the void left by summer breaks. Then, during my elementary years, I attended a private art school in Miami. While I was continually involved in art during my middle school years It wasn’t until my first year in High school that I became actively involved in Graphic Design. I graduated High school with a scholarship for Graphic Design and attended two years at UCF. However, after wanting more from my schooling I left early to attend Full Sail University.
I graduated from Full Sail in 2000 with a degree in Multi-Media Design and went directly into the Lead Graphic Designer position at ASG, Naples Florida. After two years of helping re-brand the company (with Keymind in VA) and executing the brand across the entire company (including international markets), I was offered to relocate to their newly opening Tokyo office. I spent three years as Office Manager and Marketing Associate APAC region. I maintained a staff of six Japanese employees and implemented the brand for the Japanese market.
Wanting to return stateside, I left ASG and ended up in Los Angeles, CA. I started working for a small design studio who’s clients were Paramount and Fox. For two years I worked directly with Paramount and Fox, vendors, printers, and freelancers. I soon managed the production of every project, and took on the added roll of Account Executive.
Feeling a need to get closer to my family I decided I would return to Florida.
I was soon offered a job at Neighborhood America ultimately running the Creative Services team and supplying the entire company with any creative needs that arose. After almost three years designing and developing social networks, I felt it was time to move on.
In order to quench my artistic thirst I have once again entered back into the freelance world. Currently I hold a few active clients and am taking on projects as they fit into my schedule and my areas of passion. If you are interested in working with me, drop me a line.
